Buses are hourly from about 150m from the chalet. Buses run both ways upto the Krimmel water falls for hiking or mountain biking. Or why not head up the panoramabahn with you bike and zoom back down with a packed lunch or stop at a restaurant on the way down. You can even ride over to Kitzbuhel through the mountains and catch the bus back to the mid station and down to near the chalet.
