Inside Mountains View
Mountains view has been completed to the highest standard, we try to offer everything a guest would expect. All of the furniture was new Summer 2007.
There is a fixed cleaning charge of £60 per booking which is added on to the price of the booking
We try to be eco friendly and ask you to turn off lights and turn down heating at night or when you are out. Included in the rental is 30 units of electricity per night, meters are checked and any more that this is charged (this should be ample).
Mountains View has a wood burner and wood is included in the price.
Included in your rental is wireless and wired Internet access, if you require this just take your laptop with you. The property also has a phone (with an English number) and we can provide you with the number prior to your stay. Calls costs are very reasonable (around 4p per minute to UK land line) and will be deducted from your credit card at the end of your stay.
We provide 700gsm Egyptian cotton towels, Egyptian cotton sheets (typical Austrian style pillows), luxury robe gowns for the 2 main bedrooms, bath mats, tea towels, dishwasher tablets.
Outside you will find a carport to hide your car from the snow.
Open Plan Living
The main living area is quite magnificent, each area is individual but also its a great place to chill out, cook and eat, with your family or friends around you.
The kitchen is spacious with an American fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, hob, Tassimo coffee maker and high quality dualit toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar for 3 persons on a granite island.
The dinning area is a large 6 seating oak dinning table, just next to the dinning area you will find the bar cabinet with glasses, cocktail shaker and other essentials!
The lounge area is is encompassed by a rounded corner sofa in burnt orange, it is extremely comfortable with an L shaped end ideal as a love seat or chilling out after a hard days skiing :0) There is a 37" LCD TV, Bose DVD and Hifi and a Nintendo Wii for great group and individual games. We have left a library of DVD's, games and CD's for your enjoyment. You will also find a Squeezebox which allows you to listen to UK radio and bands of your choice, streamed across the Internet into the BOSE Hifi - an incredible gadget.
The lounge has double patio doors which open on to the large terrace with fantastic views of the mountains.
There is also a downstairs WC with Shower (see below) entrance hall and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Bedrooms
Inside you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedrooms has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, modern oak furniture and high class fittings. You also have an LCD TV with DVD and a Bose Radio alarm clock. The Bedroom opens up onto the large balcony with stunning views of the Mountains. A Hairdryer is also supplied.
The second bedroom is either a twin room or a king size room, you decide how you would like it. The room has also has an LCD TV and DVD, and a clock radio. The bedroom opens up on to the large balcony where you can sit and admire the view.
The third bedroom is an ideal children's room with a bunk bed, velux window and a clock radio.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a shower room with a power shower, wc and sink. Upstairs is a spacious bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath (big enough for 2!), power shower, 2 person infrared sauna, wc and sink. The bathrooms are done to a very high standard with stone tiles. You will also find Molton Brown hand wash and bath bombs for you to use.
