Near Mittersill and Bramberg Austria (within 30 minutes of Zell Am See, Kitzbuhel and GerlosPass)
Luxuriously appointed chalet sleeping 6 (4 adults and 2 children) plus cot in 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The Chalet comprises of 180m2 including a large open plan living area, a balcony with fantastic view and a spacious terrace. Mountains' View is south Facing in quiet village location but close to Bramberg and Mittersill for supermarkets, bars and night life.
Located in the Village of Dorf near Mühlbach and Bramberg. Ski bus stop 100m away to either Wildkogel Alpen (80km of slopes) or Kitzbuhel Alpen (150km of slopes). In Bramberg you will find probably the world’s longest toboggan run - 14km - it's flood lit at night and great fun!
The Chalet comes with all the luxuries you would expect a 37" LCD TV, Bose Hifi & DVD, Nintendo Wii, Broadband, Wifi and telephone, Extensive full kitchen, cook books, wood burning stove, Jacuzzi bath, Infrared sauna, ski/snow board storage and 2 parking spaces.
Mountains View
We fell in love with Austria 4 years ago when we were traveling around Europe in a motor home! Our intention was to spend 2 nights in Austria and in the end we spent more that 2 weeks and fell in love the scenery, culture, people and especially the apfel strudel!
We came back to this area and as tourists do, looked in estate agent windows. Most of the chalet we viewed were small, 70s style, basic and generally not to the standard that we would want to holiday in. We decided to buy an off plan highly insulated Scandinavian log cabin, which we were able to design from scratch. We have planned Mountains View as our home and has not designed to squeeze in the maximum number of guests or make the maximum financial gain.
Mountains View has an open plan ground floor living space with furniture and fittings to the highest standard, you will find little luxuries and personal touches that you would only expect from the 5 star hotels. Egyptian cotton sheets and huge bath sheets, dressing robes and Molton Brown products. We run very sucessful 4 and 5 star holiday cottages in Devon and therefore used our experience to create the ultimate in holiday accommodation. 2007/2008 will be our first season and we are nervous, it is very different to running our cottages in Devon, but we feel that the accommodation and location speaks for itself. Mountains View will only be open for 15 weeks a year, and is an exclusive location.
